第一次运行会在当前目录自动生成config.ini,其中第一行为bbs里的ubb标签，诸如url,img,flash,第二行为此类标签支持的文件后缀名，逗号隔开，分号结束。可以自由扩展，不过注意标点符号与所给的相同。
